Depuis hier matin, et jusqu’à mardi prochain, enseignants, élèves et autres amoureux des mathématiques explorent les différentes îles disponibles sur la plateforme explodingdots.org pour tenter d’exploser le plus grand nombre de points. Et…KAPOW
! Ils sont déjà plus d’1 million de participants à travers le monde!
Comme le rappelle le mathématicien James Tanton, qui a popularisé “Des points qui explosent”, la Global Math Week est un événement mondial entièrement gratuit “propulsé par une incroyable communauté d’enseignants désireux de partager la joie humaine des mathématiques avec les élèves, peu importe leur niveau, peu importe les exigences du programme. Nous transcendons les frontières grâce à la beauté et à la puissance positives des mathématiques”. Scolab est très fier d’y collaborer! Alors, un grand merci à tous d’être déjà si nombreux à partager avec nous cette belle expérience mathématique!
